If you are tired of your regular gym routine and you are ready for a solid, efficient program, you have come to the right place! This program is for the regular gym goer or the small at-home gym people! Anything and everything you will need from this program can be found at any fitness facility!

Additional equipment that could benefit you, but is not essential: 1. Resistance Loop bands (I personally like the brand INMAKER). These can be found on Amazon or at your local Walmart or all-purpose store. 2. Resistance Band Set: these bands are not looped and often come with removable handles that can latch on to each band (Black Mountain is a reliable brand and can also be found on Amazon).

Again, do not feel compelled to buy any additional equipment you do not already have! This workout can be done with simple weights found at the gym!
